About the event
Join our historic venture as we head to Bletchley Park, the home of the most brilliant minds of the Allied forces during the Second World War. Set in the grounds of an atmospheric Victorian estate are the once top-secret and now iconic WW2 Codebreaking Huts and Blocks. You will have access to all of Bletchley Park’s exhibitions.
There are museums and exhibitions set in the lovingly restored site which will give an overview of the lives of Alan Turing and has a team of specialists. There is also a hut dedicated to the tireless Royal Women’s Naval Service who worked on the incredible codebreaking Bombe machines which cracked the enigma code. It is commonly believed that the efforts of all those at Bletchley Park shortened the war significantly.
There is also Hut 4 which houses a beautiful café with traditional 1940’s furniture keeping up the theme of the day.
You can explore at your own pace with an audio guide which will provide lots of interesting information or if you would rather there are volunteer guides who will show you the sights of this magnificent heritage site.
Price: £20 (includes entry tickets and guided outside walking tour) plus PayPal fee if you are signing up through the meetup.
Train tickets are not included, but if we buy them together at Euston station, we should get the groupsave discount. The price is approx. £9.90
MEETING POINT AND TIME
Our host will be waiting for you at 9:15 a.m. at the Euston Railway station at the information point - in the middle of the hall.

LUNCH
Let`s have lunch together! There are a variety of food options at Bletchley Park, including vegan and GF options.
