Accommodation:

We have 6-bed dorm rooms and 2-bed private rooms, with a shared bathroom on each floor. Sauna is located in another building just beside the hostel.

Double room cost extra £350.

Once the deposit of £100 + PayPal fees have been paid, you can transfer the remainder at your convenience but no later than a month before the trip.

What`s included:

- 4 nights stay in a dorm share with the same gender person

- Use of Winter Clothing (pants, jacket, shoes, hat and gloves (please remember to send your jacket, pants and shoe size details on admin@curiouskatsadventures.com to make sure we have your gear ready!)

- Guided Northern Lights walking tour. Even if you have never used a camera before, photographers will show you how to take beautiful and memorable pictures that will last a lifetime. Duration: 3 hours

- Dog sledding

- Airport transfers

What's extra? The optional excursion to the ice hotel and the optional activities of your choosing,use of sauna, flights, drinks.

Optional tours (not included): Tour of Narvik, longer snowmobiles trips, visit the Ice Hotel in Kiruna.

Dog-sledding

Join some of the most well-trained sled dogs in the world on a dog-sledding safari with us in Abisko. We sit on a large, comfortable sled and our guides drive, along with 10-12 Alaskan Huskies in front of us. We head out over areas Abisko National Park that aren't easy to access without the dogs and take in the spectacular scenery around us.

Once we are moving, the dogs concentrate on where they are going so the only sound is the sled sliding quietly across the snow, making it a very peaceful tour.

We stop to take photos and to pet and chatter to the dogs.

Northern Lights photo tour

We provide you with a camera and tripod and head out to a photo location away from any light pollution. There, our professional photographers will show you how to use the camera, take beautiful pictures of the aurora and talk through other night photography techniques.

Even if you have never used a camera before, our photographers will show you how to take beautiful and memorable pictures that will last a lifetime.

We have hot drinks and light snacks to help keep us warm.

Cancellations:

Please note that unless the trip is cancelled the payments are non-refundable as the costs need to be paid in advance. However, you may be able to sell your place to your friends or other group members.
