Once the deposit of £150 + PayPal fees have been paid, you can transfer the remainder at your convenience but no later than a month before the trip.

If it`s more convenient for you, we also accept bank transfers. Email us for bank details.

Day 1

Day 2

• Breakfast (included)
• Transfer to the Etna by minibus.
• This beautiful route will allow us to discover the north side of the highest active volcano in Europe. During the hike, walking through some fairly challenging trekking paths, we will reach some beautiful viewing points, experience the thrill of entering into alava cave, walk on extinct volcanic cones, admire a centuries-old oak (about 800 years old !) and finally walk on the '92 lava which threatened the town of Zafferana Etnea.

Day 3

• Breakfast
• Godfather tour

The tour is a real insight into Sicily, the locals, their culture and everyday way of life. It’s a drive across the roads and villages of the most beautiful hidden corners of this area, way off the beaten track. We will discover the beautiful villages of Savoca and Forza D’Agrò where Francis Ford Coppola shot his movies.

From your hotel we will head to Savoca where we stop at Bar Vitelli for a coffee or a granita, then we proceed for a walking tour of the village. Afterwards we will raach the village of Forza d'Agrò for another walking tour and a lunch (light lunch with arancini or regular lunch, not included). We`ll also pass a Taormina train station where a scene of Godfather was shot.

The tour will be performed using comfortable minivans with air conditioning.

Day 4

• Breakfast (included)
• Departure to Taormina (included) by train and guided tour of the city.
• Free time in Taormina ( for more sightseeing, shopping or just hanging out on the beach)
• Transfer to Catania
• Free time in Catania. Dinner and visit of the city centre.

Day 5

• Breakfast (included)
• Free time: Visit Catania street market / fish market; relax on the beach, (optional: windsurfing lessons), swimming (not included)
• Transfer to Catania airport (included)
• 16:30-18:45 Flying back to London Gatwick (not included)

Please note that unless the trip is cancelled the payments are non-refundable as the costs need to be paid in advance. However, you may be able to sell your place to your friends or other group members.
